While temporary employees do not received the same perks as permanent staff such as benefits, paid time off, or knowing they have a future with the organization, there are some perks you can provide them in order to show how much they are valued within the company. Start with perks that won’t cost you a dime such as early release days and extended lunches. If you have it in your budget, a gift card to a dinner or a coffee is always a nice touch too. Keeping a temporary employee motivated is what you should be aiming for.
